Schedule Information
- All practices will be pre-scheduled before games begin. Once games begin, additional practices are first come first serve by email requests only.
- Additional practices may be requested one at a time.
- Coaches may schedule additional practices in open field time by emailing the scheduler at rjohlson@gmail.com The following information is required in the email request: team #, requested practice date / time and the Field #. The request will then be confirmed via email from the scheduler.
- Advanced notice for practice requests is required. Any practice requested within one day of the practice time cannot be guaranteed.
- Practice times may be swapped with another team in the same age group. The coach initiating the swap should notify the Scheduler via email, so field accountability and responsibility is transferred.
- Cancelled practices due to weather are not re-scheduled. A make-up practice time must be requested.
- Make-up games will take precedence over scheduled practice times.
The spreadsheet is updated regularly as new practice times are posted. The scheduling spreadsheet posted on the BLOG is the CURRENT status of every field.
Parents are encouraged to look at the Softball BLOG for the practice schedule. They will need to know the team number to find the scheduled time for your team.
The last team to practice on a lighted field is responsible to turn off the lights at the end of practice.
